Delete your ConvoCopilot account

This page explains how to request deletion of your ConvoCopilot account and associated ConvoCopilot data for the ConvoCopilot mobile app.

How to request deletion

Open ConvoCopilot and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings > Account.
If you also want to erase your conversation history on that device, tap Clear all local data before deleting your account.
In the Danger zone, tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm the deletion request.

Important: deleting your ConvoCopilot account does not automatically erase conversation history stored on your device.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot sign in to the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and use the subject line Delete account request.

What ConvoCopilot deletes

Your ConvoCopilot account and authentication record.
Account profile data stored for that account, such as your email address and display name.
Server-side user state tied to your ConvoCopilot account.
Signed-in user data cached on the device used to submit the deletion request.

What is not automatically deleted

Conversation history stored on your device remains until you clear local data or remove the app's data from the device.
Raw audio is not stored by ConvoCopilot after speech-to-text processing, so there is no saved raw audio file to delete.
Subscription, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, or legally required records held by app stores or service providers may be kept under their own policies and legal obligations.

Retention

We process account deletion as soon as we receive and verify the request. We may keep limited operational, billing, security, or legal compliance records only for as long as needed for those purposes. Conversation history stored on your device remains until you remove it.
